New Member Process and Requirements
Please submit the following:
Completed Membership Application
Copy of Real Estate License
Letter of Good Standing
New Members
Dues are determined according to the ISSUE date of your license as recorded by the Division of Real Estate.
If your license has been inactive for 365 days or more, your application will be processed as a new licensee or a new member.
Existing Members
Local, State and Nationnal Dues are billed in November and are due by January 1 of the upcoming year.

* If an agent wants to join the MLS, the principal broker must also join.
** If you already belong to another board, you are not required to join the Athens County Board of REALTORS® - You may join as MLS Participant only.
Once your membership is approved and fees are paid in full, you will be contacted by the MLS Provider with your login credentials.
Please Note: Athens County Board of REALTORS® and RealtyPro Solutions (MLS Provider) bill separately for their services. RealtyPro Solutions fees are billed semi-annually.
