How Much Are The Membership Dues?
Our dues are collected annually, and include the local board, state, and national dues. Please email us for current fees. Once you are an approved member of the MLS, you will work directly with the MLS Provider to pay for the actual MLS service.
The fees for MLS are as follows:
> One time setup fee of $250 for the office
> Monthly Fee for brokers $15/member/month
> Monthly Fee for Appraisal Offices ($24.95/office/month)
> MLS Provider bills twice a year (Jan-Jun & Jul-Dec).

Do we have to belong to the Board to have access to the MLS?
Yes! However, if you already belong to another board you can join as a secondary member for MLS access only which is less expensive.
